    Volcano offers synchronized Panel on-line pipe traction unit. Geared motor pulls pipe & prevents it from residual deformation & burrs.

    This unit consists of specially designed endless tooth rubber belt. Adjustable gap device is equipped to adjust the gap between two rollers with variable line speed. Adjustable wheel tension unit facilitates its use for different pipe sizes. It is equipped with on line longitudinal cutting device for wire harnesses.

What do I need to start making washing machine drain hoses on a washing machine drain pipe making machine?

You need:

  • An SWC 10-50 line, which covers drain-hose diameters
  • A mould set made to your hose profile
  • PP or PE compound
  • A cutter or coiler, depending on whether you sell cut lengths or coils

The hose end cuffs are usually injection-moulded separately and fitted afterwards.

Can a wash basin pipe making machine produce flexible waste pipes?

Yes. Flexible basin and sink waste pipes are single wall corrugated pipe cut to length. The SWC line makes the corrugated body, and the threaded connectors are fitted afterwards. The profile is chosen so the pipe bends easily under the basin but still holds its shape.

How is a vacuum cleaners pipe machine set up for both bending and crush resistance?

A vacuum hose must bend tightly without collapsing under suction. Both properties come from the pitch and depth of the corrugations, along with wall thickness and material. We design the mould set around your hose specification.

Can a medical device pipe machine make breathing tubes?

The SWC line can produce corrugated tubing in the small diameters used for breathing circuits and similar medical uses. For medical supply, you would also need medical-grade resin and cleanroom and regulatory compliance. Those sit outside the machine itself.

Which material should an automobile pipe making machine run for wiring harness conduit?

PP is common for cabin and body harnesses. Under the bonnet, where heat and oil are present, polyamide (PA6) is preferred. Both run on our SWC lines, and PA has a dedicated model.

Which nylon corrugated pipe machine model do you offer?

Our SWC 12-65 (Polyamide / Nylon-6) model makes 12–65 mm pipe in the NW 12, 17, 23, 29, 36 and 48 harness sizes. It has a 5 HP corrugator drive and a 3051 or 6102 mm chain. Polyamide absorbs moisture, so dry the granules before extrusion.

Is this line suitable as a flexible conduit pipe manufacturing machine for building wiring?

Yes. Corrugated conduit is used for concealed wiring in walls and slabs. Many markets expect flame-retardant (FR) grades for building use, so choose an FR compound that meets your local standard. The SWC 10-50 covers the common 16, 20, 25 and 32 mm conduit sizes.

Do you have a small corrugated pipe machine for very thin pipes?

Yes, the SWC 5-15. It makes 5, 7, 10 and 14 mm pipe with a 1.5 HP drive and a 2000 mm chain. It is used for telephone, data and fine-wire sleeves. Its low power draw and compact size suit a first line or a dedicated small-size line.

Do you offer a high-speed corrugated pipe production line?

Yes, the HS-16-40. It makes 16, 20, 25, 32 and 40 mm pipe with a 5 HP drive and a 6000 mm chain. It is built for high-volume production of the best-selling conduit sizes.

Can an SWC pipe plant make sheathing ducts for bridges?

Yes, with our SWS 50-160 sheathing model. It makes 50–160 mm pipe (63/51 to 175/146 OD/ID) with a 7.5 HP drive. These ducts hold the prestressing cables in post-tensioned concrete bridges for rail and road projects.

Can single wall corrugators produce fixed cut lengths instead of coils?

Yes. We also offer modular corrugators with 2000, 2500 or 3000 mm chain lengths. The chain is matched to your pipe piece length, which reduces waste.

Can an HDPE SWC pipe machine make stiffer single wall pipe?

Yes. HDPE gives a firmer, more crush-resistant pipe than LDPE. That suits conduit cast into concrete, outdoor runs and larger drainage pipe. The same line runs both materials with changed temperature settings.

Do you supply PVC flexible corrugated pipe machines?

Flexible PVC conduit and hose are made from plasticised PVC compound. PVC is heat-sensitive, so the screw, die and temperature control must be set up for it. Send your compound and sizes and we will confirm the configuration.

Why does the pipe winder machine have two spools?

While one spool winds, the finished coil is removed from the other. That way production does not stop for a coil change.

Can the same line work as a dish washer pipe machine?

Yes. Dishwasher drain hoses carry hot water and detergent, so PP is usually preferred for its heat and chemical resistance. They are made on the same SWC 10-50 line, using a mould set for the dishwasher hose profile.
