Mould blocks and die heads are designed and made here, so profile corrections come from the team that built your line.
Precision machining
CNC machining of cavity blocks and machine parts keeps dimensions consistent from one machine to the next.
Assembly and testing
Extruder, corrugator, puller, cutter and coiler are brought together and tested as one synchronised line.
