We design mould blocks as per engineering & manufacturing method. It is functionally suitable to use, working with minimum maintenance and low cost.
Cavity block highly precise in dimensions, made of special graded steel material with plating.

Can this line make underground power and telecom ducts as a cable protection corrugated pipe extrusion line?
Yes. DWC pipe is widely used as duct for power and optical-fibre cables. The corrugated outer wall carries the soil load, and the smooth inner wall lets cables be pulled through easily. Our 40–250 mm vacuum DWC models are built specifically for cable conduit.

Why does chain length matter on double wall corrugator machines?
Chain length decides how long the pipe stays in the cooled mould blocks. A longer chain gives the corrugation more time to set, so the line can run faster. Each model comes with two options: 3051/6102 mm (40-50-63), 4000/6000 mm (40-120) and 4550/6000 mm (75-200). Choose the longer chain when output matters most, or the shorter one to save floor space.
What does “vacuum” do in a double wall corrugated pipe extrusion line?
The mould blocks have channels connected to a vacuum system. As the outer layer leaves the die head, the vacuum pulls it tight against the cavity, so it takes the exact corrugation shape. The result is sharper, more uniform corrugations and more consistent ring stiffness.
How do these double wall corrugators differ from your 500 mm ID machine?
This range covers 40–250 mm pipe, mainly cable conduit, telecom ducts and smaller drains, with 5–10 HP corrugator drives. The 500 mm ID machine is a heavier line for 180–500 mm sewer and stormwater pipe. Choose based on the sizes your market buys most.
